Just wanted to thank you, Patty, and everyone at ESP Pets for everything that you do for our dog MacTavish. Since he’s gotten older we’ve been worried about leaving him at home by himself all day. Our dog is our family so it’s wonderful to know that we can count on someone to be there to take him for a walk, get some “petting time” in, and just make sure that he’s doing OK. I particularly like being able to see the details of what went on during his walk as soon as it happens (and to see pictures too!)
You really go above and beyond. Whether it’s bringing in packages from the front door or coaxing the dog out in the rain. Mac absolutely does not like the rain; but Patty puts his raincoat on, makes sure he does his business, and always dries him off once inside. One time she actually carried him home under her umbrella!
